APPLICATINS FOR USE:
Simply place in the microwave for less than 2 minutes, add 30 second intervals until reaching a comfortable desired heat. Apply to injured area for long lasting pain relief giving the feeling of hugging the affected area of pain, but avoid overheating the wrap.
